Comprehensive Commercial Diving Training

The breadth of the FAG training program, for all divers, includes safety-related reactor modifications, regular updates of equipment changes, operational procedures, and advanced first-aid training. Qualifications are set to ASME standards for all position group welds in stainless steel pipe and plate in depths succeeding 45 feet.

As an annexation of our training, it is not uncommon for FAG to set up project-specific underwater mockups at remote locations. This elevates our expertise to peddle unusual installation procedures, gives us a heads-up on problem solving, and avoids expensive downtime for our clients. However, time for exacting preparation is not always available and experience alone becomes the tool of choice. Mr. Gravesen is the president and CEO of FAG Underwater Contractors and commands an all encompassing knowledge of a multitude construction disciplines. He serves as FAG Underwater Contractors primary point of contact and He is responsible for managing the overall performance of every work order derived from Job Order Contracts or any other type of delivery system. He supervises all Project in the work order estimating process by ensuring accuracy and precision of estimates and materials. He negotiates, executes, closes out work orders, monitors related administrative support and provides final approval for all work order activities.

Mr. Gravesen is also responsible for maintaining managerial foresight for all work performed, and is in direct verbal communication with the project staff on a daily basis while monitoring reports generated by the client’s team. He will serve as the primary client point of contact for all contract level issues. Mr. Gravesen has effectively managed work forces consisting of 10 to 150 personnel. Ensured timeliness and quality of work and allocated resources in response to requirements and workloads. Throughout his career, He has completed hundreds of projects, both in the private industry and Job Order Contracting arena. He is resourceful, innovative in problem solving, adapts quickly to challenges, He is strong in prioritization, delegation and planning skills.

He draws two decades of experience in design, management, engineering and construction technologies, to advise clients on a wide range of building methods and means. The history that Mr. Gravesen has with JOC/IDIQ, truly exemplifies his understanding of the relationship a contractor must have with both the end user (The Client), his subcontracting in order to give a quality project and best value to the client. As a result of his training and project experience, He delivers contracts on time and on budget. Frederik A. Gravesen has participated in over $180 million dollars’ worth of JOC projects and handled almost all types of construction projects with an average of $15 Million in annual returns.
